Bootcamp

Membership: 6 weeks
Cost: $149 for all 6 weeks
Schedule: M/T/W/Th from 7:30-8:30pm
Class Length: 60 minutes
Goal: Get back into shape & lose weight
Equipment Used: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Bodyweight Exercises, Air Bike, Rower, Short Running

CrossFit

Membership: Month-to-Month*
Cost: $115 a month**
Schedule: See Schedule
Class Length: 60 minutes
Goal: Stay in shape, improve body composition
Equipment Used: Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Bodyweight Exercises, Air Bike, Rower, Short Running

ReBoot

Membership: Month-to-Month*
Cost: $89 a month
Schedule: M/T/W/Th, 5:30pm & 6:30pm
Class Length: 45 minutes
Goal: Improve cardio and tone muscles
Equipment Used: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Bodyweight Exercises, Air Bike, Rower
